All Ottawa Bluffs sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds, except where required by applicable law.

information before completing your purchase.
Repairs Within One Year
Ottawa Bluffs offers simple repairs for eligible products within one year of the original purchase date.

For purchases made directly through www.ottawabluffs.com, the original website order information must be verified.

For purchases made through an Ottawa Bluffs partner storefront, the original purchase receipt from the retailer must be provided as proof of the purchase date.

Repair eligibility and the type of repair available will depend on the condition of the product, the nature of the damage, and the availability of suitable materials. Because our products are handmade from unique fibers, an exact match or restoration to the product’s original appearance cannot be guaranteed.
Repairs After One Year
This repair policy does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper care, accidents, unauthorized alterations, normal wear and tear, or use of the product for a purpose for which it was not intended.

Ottawa Bluffs is not responsible for damage caused by a shipping carrier. Customers should inspect their delivery promptly and contact Ottawa Bluffs and the shipping carrier as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged. Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Each Ottawa Bluffs product is handmade using carefully selected fibers. Natural differences in fiber, color, texture, shape, and appearance make every item unique and are not considered defects.
Simple repairs may be available more than one year after the original purchase date for a fee.

Ottawa Bluffs will review the item and provide the repair fee before work begins. A deposit equal to 50% of the repair fee is required before the repair is started. The remaining balance must be paid when the repair is completed.

Requesting a Repair
To request a repair, please email Ottawa Bluffs at hello+repair@ottawabluffs.com. Include your order information or original purchase receipt, photographs of the item, and a brief description of the requested repair.

Submitting a repair request does not guarantee that the item can be repaired. Ottawa Bluffs reserves the right to determine whether a requested repair is possible and whether it qualifies as a simple repair under this policy.
